Carrington is situated in Northwood which consists of an extensive international business campus, a high quality residential village, numerous luxury amenities including a health & fitness centre, shops, restaurants, the Crowne Plaza Northwood and Holiday Inn Hotels, and an 85 acre park in Santry Demesne.
Carrington is the most recent residential phase in Northwood. It builds on the success of its predecessor "Parklands", also a P. Elliott & Company development.
Carrington is a quality development of high spec apartments in a parkland setting, four miles from Dublin's City Centre. There are 348 apartments from one-bedroom to three-bedrooms, arranged in eight blocks, with a total area of 28,826 sq metres.
The development features two underground car parks, above which the building frames are constructed using the "twin-wall" pre-cast concrete system. External finishes include powder coated aluminium cladding and "STO" render. High-performance composite windows and doors are used throughout, which feature timber to inside and aluminium to the outside.
