The project consists of 21 own-door office units and 20 townhouses adjacent to Cavan town centre. It was a major urban regeneration project under the Town Renewal Scheme. The townhouses were constructed on a steep incline and posed unusual challenges in their construction.
The offices are constructed over an in-situ concrete underground car park with ramp access from the street. The units were completed to a landlord specificaiton, however there were a number of occupiers fit-outs that were completed within the time-frame of the main contract.
The office park is now fully occupied by a number of professional practises.
