The Townparks Centre in Cavan Town was developed and constructed by P. Elliott & Company on a site owned by it adjacent to the main public car park in Cavan Town during 2000 and 2001.
The Centre now houses a multiplex cinema; a bowling centre and a number of local retailers. It is also located adjacent to the new multi storey car park with was also a P. Elliott & Company initiative.
The Townparks Centre is a good example of our vision in identifying opportunities in the market place for leisure facilities such as the multiplex cinema and the bowling centre which were non-existent in Cavan Town prior to us taking the initiative to provide them.
