The Sowrds Leisure Centre is a mixed development containing retail units, offices and a state-of-the-art fitness centre with swimming pool which is operated by Jackie Skelly Fitness Ltd. Ample car parking is provided through both basement and surface car parking.

The Fitness Centre includes a modern 2,750 sq metre gym facility including; aerobics room, spinning area, free weights area, 20m swimming pool, children's play pool, sauna, steam room & beauty salon.

The 20m swimming pool is suspended above a plant room with the beauty salon located below it. This required an innovative and unique construction solution which was successfully achieved within programme.

This facility is regarded as one of the finest leisure facilities in County Dublin.
