This project involved the development and construction of a Retail Park adjacent to the M7 motorway at the Naas interchange of some 12,600 sq metres.

Construction was carried out under design and build contract, with domestic sub-contractors, and was handed over within 12 months, which was one month ahead of programme.

The buildings are structural steel framed with reconstituted stone cladding, Kingspan micro-rib cladding and structurally bonded curtain walling.

The anchor tenant, Woodies DIY, occupy a 6,000 sq metres unit comprising of offices, a large garden centre and a retail warehouse. There are nine retail units in total which are all occupied.

The project showcases one of P. Elliott's key strengths in delivering modern retail developments to a high standard and to a fast track programme.
