Both of these large retail stores were designed and built by P. Elliott & Company in co-operation with Dunnes Stores Ltd.
Dunnes Stores both own and financed the construction of both stores and both stores also formed part of the overall development of both Cavan and Monaghan Town Centres.
Both projects were brought in within budget and on programme.
