Blackwater Retail Park is situated on the N3, on the edge of Navan Town. Located within walking distance of Navan Town Centre and Navan Shopping Centre it is easily accessible for all shoppers. It comprises of 8 retail warehouse units, ranging from 700 sq m to 940 sq m in size with 553 excellent car parking spaces.

Civil engineering work was required on this site to facilitate construction. A 5mx5m culvert was constructed and then connected to an existing water course, while filling in and building over the old culvert. This work was carried out at a cost of approx €1m.

A leisure centre, located in the basement area under Unit 6, is a feature of the development. Comprising a 25m swimming pool and totalling 2,223 sq m the leisure centre is a state of the art facility having excellent access to the N3, Navan Town and enjoying serene views over the River Blackwater and the planned Navan Town Park.

Unit 6, measuring 5,829 sq m is occupied by Ireland's largest DIY retailer Woodie's DIY.
