This office refurbishment and extension for Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne was carried out under very tight physical site restrictions.

The site was locked on three sides by the Dodder River to the rear, a school and bank to the rear. As a result a tower crane could not be employed. The entire works to this partly listed Georgian building were carried out by hand and on scaffolding platforms.

The offices were completed to a very high standard with full mechanical and electrical service fit out including data communications installations.

One of the main features is an atrium over the main stairwell which floods the area with natural light.
