Timber Mill is an extensive mixed-use residential development comprising a total of 16,800 sq metres. The buildings have been organised into six blocks ranging in height form 2 to 4 levels and consisting of 193 two-bedroom apartments, a basement car park, creche facility, several live/work units, a pharmacy and a convenience store. The provision of private garden space has been optimised and in the larger blocks, roof areas are utilised as private terraces.
Finished include redwood cedar timber to terraces and balconies, dark grey window frames and panels matching painted steelwork, tinted opaque glass balustrades to balconies with stainless steel handrails, and the use of zinc cladding to stair cores at high levels.
Landscaping, throughout the site, has been given a high priority by planting rows of trees and shrubs to all site boundaries, using high quality street and bollard lighting and cobble paving to parking spaces.
