P. Elliott & Company won the Dublin Docklands Development Authority Riverside II design and build competition in February 2004.

The commercial office development (circa 8,200 sq metres) forms the partial enclosure of the site to the west and north boundaries. This building encompasses best practice of office design in terms of space, flexibility, environmental responsibility, energy usage and disabled access while presenting an elegant building to contribute positively to the context of the area and river frontage.

The residential content of the scheme (Forbes Quay) comprises 124 apartments and completes a 'perimeter' style development. A semi-private, heavily landscaped park is provided to the centre of the scheme with resticted office access.

This project demonstrates the resources and aiblity of P. Elliott & Company to design, build and finance a landmark building in a prestigius riverside environment.
