Cluain Aoibhinn is an exclusive residential development located at Swellan Lower on the edge of Cavan Town. The scheme consists of 99 houses, 42 apartments and a neighbourhood centre. Imaginatively designed by local architect David McCormack, the scheme has already established itself as one of Cavan's premier addresses.
The houses are all timber-framed with external brick and plaster finished and timber windows. The construction is to the highest standards and the houses provide the highest level of insulation exceeding building regulation requirements. Internal features include fully-fitted kitchens with granite worktops.
This porject is a prime example of P. Elliott's ability to finance, resource, design and build a modern high quality residential development in an urban setting.
