Findlaters storage warehouse, wine tasting and offices were completed in April 2001 two weeks ahead of programme.
The Findlaters Group were dependent on a move from their Harcourt Street Vaults to Citywest which emplasised the need to hit programme on schedule or sooner.
Findlaters extends over 60,000 sq ft and contains three floors with a large wine storage warehouse and tasting area.
