P. Elliott & Company constructed this 2 storey residential and day care unit with a single storey administration section and 86 car parking spaces between 2000 and 2002.

The day care centre caters for elderly residential care with GP, district and occupational nursing services.

The building features high performance composite windows and doors and exceptional quality internal joinery from P. Elliott's subsidiary company Woodskills.

This highly functional unit was built to a high specification and the project was completed on programme. It showcases the ability of P. Elliott & Company to deliver a high-quality healthcare facility within strict timeframes while meeting clients expectations with respect to quality and functionality.
