Trinity Bio-Tech is a public company specialising in the development, manufacture and marketing of clinical diagnostic products. Its central manufacturing site at Bray houses 342 employees who operate in a high tech environment as leaders in their field.

The office and laboratory development is a steel framed 3 storey building with a fully-glazed exterior with integrated louvres. Construction work included a full office fit-out with air-conditioning throughout.

The building features a fully glazed facade with mechanically operated vents. The high-spec solar control glass together with the Brise-Soleil ensures a comfortable working environment and helps to reduce operating costs.

This project was delivered to the exacting standards required by the medical/pharmaceutical industry. It demonstrates the ability and resources of P. Elliott to construct high-tech facilities to the highest possible standards within strict budget constraints and to rigorous programme deadlines.
