Joint Venture Developer & Main Building Contractor
P. Elliott & Company formed a joint venture with Moritz Holdings Ltd and the Joint Venture (JV) entered the Public Private Partnership (PPP) for the first housing PPP project in Ireland.
Dublin City Council awarded the project to the partnership in February 2004, and the contract was signed in June 2004.
The project includes;
- 150 Social apartments & houses
- 70 affordable apartments
- 400 private apartments
- Sports & Leisure Centre
- 2,000 sq metres of community facilities including an arts centre, play parks and a central square.
- Incorporation into the Luas Light Rail System
The project is the first of its kind in Dublin City urban regeneration and will transform this part of the city. It also marks a milestone achievement by P. Elliott & Company in winning the country's first ever housing PPP project. It displays P. Elliott & Company's ability to compete successfully for major urban projects and successfully deliver on all fronts from conception to completion.
