Clares Court is a mixed use development consisting of 46 tax designated apartments, 3 retail units measuring 190 sq m each one of which is now occupied by National Irish Bank , a 190 sq m public house, a 190 sq m restaurant and a 280 sq metres of office space.
The apartment element of the development has 6 penthouse units with rooftop gardens and hard landscaping throughout.
Sloping site conditions required imaginative solutions and a contiguous pile wall built to retain the boundaries for 100 metres. A 20 metre long soil-nailed wall was also built to a height of 20 metres.
A multi storey car park for 65 cars also forms part of this development. Being a P. Elliott & Company Development project it demonstrates our ability to design, build and finance a prime residential and commercial development in an urban location.
