Cookstown Court is located in Tallagh, Dublin 24 and forms part of the recent regeneration of this area - the building is designed to address the junction of the Old Belgard Road & Cookstown Road.

This office developmenet onsists of two basement parking levels linked to four storeys of office space which were designed to maximise the flexibility of tenancy requirements and unit sizes. The ground floor units are accessed by four individual entraces located in two seperate lanscaped courtyards. All units have independent service cores.

The total development comprises of 6,700 sq m of office space.
