Longford Town Council commissioned a mixed development of 72 Housing Units at Ballymahon Road, Longford, consisting of the following:

• 24 no. Senior citizens’ type dwellings
• 10 no. St. Vincent De Paul Sheltered Houses
• 6 no. Units suitable for persons with special needs
• 24 no. Three-Bedroom Semi Detached Dwellings
• 4 no. Four-Bedroom Semi Detached Dwellings
• 4 no. Two-Bedroom Duplexes
• Community Building

Works include Site Clearance, Roads, Services and Landscaping. The project was won at competitive tender and demonstrates the ability of P. Elliott & Company to deliver high-quality social housing schemes throughout the country.
