This project was won at competitive tender in March 2009. The scheme is a four-storey building with a LIDL retail unit at ground floor and residential units above.
Overall, the retail area comprises 1,635 mē, while there are a total of 14 no. apartments to be handed over to Family Mosaic Housing Association. The scheme also includes 65 no. car parking spaces at ground and first floor levels.
The fast-track programme requires the building to be weathered within thirty-six weeks of commencement, with a further three weeks allocated to the store fit-out.
The Design Team is novated to P. Elliott & Company with the project being procured under Design & Build.
