This is a private development of 31 no. detached and semi-detached houses and 32 no. duplex apartments. The project includes the provision of all infrastructure to the scheme as well as driven piling to the apartment blocks.

 

It uses traditional masonry construction with precast floor slabs and screeds to all 1st floor levels. It features concrete tiles to the roof, with partial render and Norwegian pine windows. Internal works include fully fitted-out kitchen and bathrooms. There is extensive hard and soft landscaping externally.
