Contract Information
This project comprises a new Leisure Complex in Roscrea incorporating;
- 25 metre x 10 metre 5 lane swimming pool
- Children's swimming pool
- Fitness gym and aerobics room
- External Flume Tower
- Sauna and steam room
- External car parking (107 spaces) and landscaping
The contract was awarded to P. Elliott by competitive tender under Public Procurement procedures. The building has a concrete basement with a combination concrete and steel frame, “Glulam” beams, standing seam roof, with rendered finishes, curtain walling, and feature larch cladding.
This project demonstrates the ability of P. Elliott & Company to deliver modern high-spec leisure centres throughout Ireland, to the highest standards, and to demanding programmes.
