This project involved the construction of a new retail store and associated three-storey office complex on a brownfield site in a north Dublin suburb.
The building is a concrete-framed structure with “Crugg” system timber roof trusses, featuring coloured render finishes and high-quality aluminium curtain walling. The store also features a bespoke stainless steel framed glass canopy to the main entrance.
Construction included all site works, services, car parking, and hard and soft landscaping
