P. Elliott & Company were awarded this project after competitive tendering procurement to design & build a 45,000 m² regional distribution centre and 1,500 m² of office accommodation including all associated site development works. This design & build project was delivered in a 7 month period. Some of the main elements of the scope of the works include:

• Structural Steel Frame
• Roofing & Cladding
• Precast Wall Panels & Precast Structure for the office block
• Precast System for 120 no. Dock levellers
• 8000 m² of concrete jointless floor
• Freezer & Cold Storage Rooms
• Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler & Lift installations
• Site development works

Due to the fast track nature of this project, many elements of prefabrication were provided, including precast panels, precast structure for the office block, sprinkler pipe work, electrical cable systems, and freezer wall panels. This project showcases P. Elliott & Company's ability to successfully deliver large-scale fast-track design and build projects competitively in the market.
