Lansdowne Manor is an exclusive residential development located at Swellan Lower on the edge of Cavan Town. The scheme consists of 20 houses, sixteen 4-bedroom, and four 5 bedroom units. This is an exclusive development within a gated community in one of Cavan’s most exclusive areas.
Imaginatively designed by local architect David McCormack, the scheme has already established itself as one of Cavan’s premier addresses.
The houses are all timber-framed with external brick and plaster finishes, and timber windows. The construction is to the highest standard and the houses provide the highest level of insulation, exceeding Building Regulation requirements. Internal features include fully-fitted kitchens with granite worktops.
This project is a prime example of P. Elliott’s ability to finance, resource, design and build a modern high quality residential development in an urban setting.
