The three-storey scheme also provides a commercial kitchen, communal dining room, treatment rooms and an oratory. The development, designed by Newenham Mulligan Associates blends into its background, close to all the local amenities, shops, bus routes, church and town centre with a new medical centre being planned adjacent to the site.
The project is procured on a Design and Build basis with P. Elliott providing a complete turnkey service including fit-out. Construction features a highly-insulated “Fusion” frame system with block inner leaf and stone / render finishes. Solar panels provide a hot water system throughout the development.
