This project entailed construction of a new shopping centre development complete with a Dunnes Stores and 17 retail units.

 

The construction is of a steel frame with infill block work stone.

 

The roof was a built up using a trocal system and a Kalzip curved aluminium panel to the mall.

 

Full mechanical & electrical specified sprinkler system.

 

All associated car parking and services areas provided.

 

The overall development measures 74,000 sq ft approx.
