Having participated in a design and construction tender competition, P. Elliott & Company recently achieved preferred bidder status for the design and construction of a 7,700 sq metre office facility as part of the Government Decentralisation Programme. The building accommodates 260 government officials and is located on a greenfield site at Newbridge, Co Kildare.
In line with the Department of Defence requirements this is a high security facility with high spec office for department staff. The construction includes a complete fit-out to a detailed client brief.
