This project included an extension to the existing school building together with associated site works and drainage. Gross floor area is 2,656 sq metres.

The project involved a single storey extension to the existing secondary school. Construction consisted of fairfaced finished blockwork, external render, aluminium windows, steel structural roof cladding.

Fitout included marmoleum floors, woodworking benches and normal classroom fittings.

The project involved levelling, drainage and remodelling school playing fields using excavated material from foundtations and reduced level dig.

The building was completed using the SDLA Form of Contract. This project underlines P. Elliott & Company's ability to deliver high quality educational facilities to the Department of Educaitons requirements on time and on budget.
