This flagship project represents one of P. Elliotts finest developments to date. The South Dublin site is ideally located close to the M50 and local amenities.
The development will comprise a residential scheme with neighbourhood facilities. It involves the construction of 759 residential units with a total gross floor area of c. 73,519 sq m comprising;
- 636 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments
- 123 2, 3, 4 bedroom houses
The neighbourhood facilities will have a total gross floor area of 3,545 sq ms which will include a community centre, cafe, creche, clubhouse and 10 retail units.
The development will also provide 1,331 car parking spaces, a central landscaped greenway, incorporating football pitch area, children's play area and skate routes.
Planning permission was granted for this project in August 2007 and as such construction will commence shortly. The project will also involve extensive infrastructure including the provision of new access roads from the Aiken's Village Distributor (Loop) Road. This site is within the functional area of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.
