This is a Day Activity Centre for people aged over 18 years of age and is a new building for St Vincent's Development Education Centre. The site is to the rear of the existing school.

Single storey rendered elevations with large overhangs create a direct visual relationship between the classrooms and the natural surroundings. A joining reception/entrance foyer connects the new school to the existing school allowing a greater interaction of students of varying ability on a social and personal level. Attention was given to provide a solution that achieves a comfortable, warm and calming environment for students with special needs.

The centre was complete on time, within budget and to the highest standards. It showcases the ability of P. Elliott & Company to deliver medium sized projects in the educational/healthcare sector in line with client requirements.
