The role will involve the following duties:
• Leading the Design Team from project inception through to delivery
• Commercial appraise and manage the development’s financial performance
• Direct Sales/ Lettings Management for the project, by working closely with Sales Agents, Legal Advisors and Potential Purchasers /Lessees
• Project Monitoring throughout the construction phase.
• Marketing – leading our marketing consultants in the provision of high quality sales and marketing literature and imagery
• Identification of new, innovative and effective means of continuing to achieve Cost Awareness.
• Post Completion – Liaising with Property Agents, Property Managers, Purchasers/ lessees to ensure that relationships are managed correctly.
• Act as the single point of contact for the overall management and delivery of the project
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in large mixed-use residentially led property developments from acquisition through the planning process to a successful completion and handover.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication/leadership skills.
A self starter who takes hands-on control.
Excellent computer knowledge.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Excellent People Management skills.
Dublin but the role may involve travel to any and all of the companies’ projects.
