Alurage
The formation of AMG Alurage Ltd in 2006 involved a major joint venture project between one of our subsidiary companies, AMG Facades Ltd and Alurage BV from Holland. The new company designs, manufactures and installs high quality glass and metal building facades. With a turnover of €70 million Alurgae BV is part of the Euro Facade Group with has over 50 years experience in the commercial window and curtain wall business. Alurage Ltd has evolved from several very successful joint venture projects between our two companies over the last number of years, the most notable being the Pavillion 2 development in Dun Laoghaire and the major Whitestown Way development in Tallaght. During 2006 our new joint venture company had already secured contracts for the following major projects:
- Bridgewater Centre, Arklow - Mixed Use Development, including a shopping centre for Allen & Smyth Construction.
- Liffey Trust, Sherriff St, Dublin 1 - Major Mixed Use Development for Fitzgerald Construction.
- Office of Public Works and Rohcon Headquarters, Blackpool, Cork - Large Office Development for Rohcon.
- Central Park, Sandyford, Dublin 18 - Residential Development for John Sisk.
- Cork County Library - Refurbishment and upgrade of existing library building for Rohcon Ltd.
