The company acknowledges and values the support and contribution of its staff, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to achieve this aim.
P. Elliott & Company is committed to achieving the following:
- Customer and client satisfaction
- Continuous improvement our Quality Management System and all associated procedures
- Effective and efficient operation of the Quality Management System to the required standards, complying with relevant legislation while seeking to achieve best practice
- Informing all P. Elliott & Company personnel through induction and training of the company Quality Policy and their responsibilities within the Quality Management System
The Company achieves these objectives by the operation and maintenance of a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
The Company sets specific quality objectives to aid the continual improvement of our management system and to reach specific project / department targets. These quality objectives are established and reviewed at our monthly management review meetings. P. Elliott & Company encourages all staff and subcontractors to assist whenever and wherever practicable in setting and achieving these objectives.
All staff are inducted in the Quality Management System on joining the organisation and all subcontractors are advised of the company’s quality requirements prior to their services being contracted.
For the system to be effective it requires the commitment of everyone. Personnel are reminded; therefore that compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System is compulsory.
The Directors and Management are committed to playing an active role in the implementation of the Quality Policy and undertake to review and revise it in the light of experience and developments.
