Noel Elliott Snr, Has over forty years experience in the Irish construction and property development sector. He has successfully led P. Elliott & Company through all the different cycles which have occurred in the Irish construction and property development markets during that period. As chairman of the company, he continues to oversee and guide its expansion and growth as a highly successful third generation family business.
