As Managing Director of P. Elliott’s Construction Division, Noel actively manages and controls the various building contracts in which the company is engaged throughout Ireland. The five Contracts Directors report directly to him. He has played a pivotal role in growing the construction arm of the company's business together with its subsidiary companies Woodskills Ltd, Steelskills Ltd and Alurage Ltd.
